Terms & Conditions of Shop & Win during Ramadan Offers – 10^th February 2022 to 17^th April 2022

Weekly Prizes:

Terms & Conditions:

● This promotion is valid from 10^th of February 2022 to 17^th of April 2022. The promotion is only valid to customers from KSA, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Iraq who has placed a confirmed order during this period.

● If a customer cancels or returns the purchased product, he or she will not be eligible for Shop & Win promotion.

● During the promotion period, a random selection draw will be conducted by CITRUSS team to decide winners; selected customer will be contacted by phone call on the number registered with CITRUSS.

● If a customer is not contactable after 3 attempts, he or she will have 14 days from the day of announcement to contact CITRUSS customer service team. After this period, customer will not be eligible for the prize.

● Any of the prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

● Winners will be asked to provide a copy of valid national ID.

● The CITRUSS management holds the right to withhold the prize based on irregularities and ineligibilities.

● The right to cancel, amend and change these terms and conditions rests solely with Citruss Management and can be actioned without prior notice.

● Prizes will be delivered by CITRUSS within 15 working days after the 17^th of April 2022.
